We are honored to welcome Poʻokela Mossman, an accomplished executive coach, international keynote speaker, and business development leader. With over 17 years of experience, Poʻokela has dedicated his career to helping purpose-driven entrepreneurs, educators, and youth achieve high-impact and healthy leadership results. He is a certified virtual presenter and has spoken internationally on topics including team communication, cultural diversity, and personal and professional development. Currently, Poʻokela serves as a Business Development Executive at Healthy Leadership, where he offers leadership courses, staff trainings, mastermind groups, executive coaching, and youth development events. He also works with small businesses to strengthen their teams through HR services such as hiring, onboarding, payroll, and professional development. His mission is to serve as a healthy leadership agent and cultural architect—inspiring and equipping others to reach their full potential. |

As President of two Toastmasters clubs and President of Soroptimist International Waikiki Club, Dr. Paulette is dedicated to leadership, service, and inspiring others to live boldly. |
