Salvation Army

Major Jeff Martin served in the U.S. Air Force for four years from 1974 to 1978 prior to being called to ministry and commissioned as a Lieutenant in The Salvation Army in 1980. Together with his wife Eloisa, they have served Internationally in the Philippines and across the United States. Most recently, Major Martin served as the Education Secretary for the Territorial Headquarters before returning to Hawaii as Divisional Leaders in 2018. Major Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies form the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
